Mastering Astral Projection

Anyone who has looked into the phenomenon of astral projection or out of body experiences, inevitably runs into the question: Does astral projection provide evidence of life after death?

Before I give my personal answer, let me answer another question: Is astral projection real?

My experiences say, “Yes, astral travel is real.” I leave my body and go places that include this physical world and areas beyond this physical world. The problem for people who have not had out of body experiences is that when one is in the astral body – one can rarely make an impact on the physical world. The events that take place are personal ones and are very hard to be verified by an outside observer.

I once left my body and visited my wife who was over 1,000 miles away. She was sleeping during my visit and remembered it only as a dream. A dream whose details we verified the next day on the phone. Was that real? Everything I know, tells me it was.

My longtime conclusion is that my astral adventures are real, they occur in this Universe, although in dimensions that are beyond the normal physical world. Otherwise, I am having hallucinations that I cannot distinguish from reality – which would mean, they are still real events to me.

With astral projection being real – I can state that 1) We have an awareness separate from the physical body and 2) There are realms beyond the physical world.

To me this is evidence that there is Life after Death. That our inner awareness moves on after death to somewhere else. It may not be where astral travelers go, but it provides me with a foundation to live a more relaxed life in this world, even when I am seemingly overwhelmed by the problems of the day.

Conscious astral projection occurs when an individual's consciousness is fully aware, and yet is separate from the physical body . This phenomenon is also known by such names as astral travel, out of body experience (OBE /OOBE) and is associated with Lucid Dreaming.

Astral projection may sound like something supernatural or paranormal, but it actually happens on a nightly basis to everyone. However, most of the time, we retain little or no conscious recollection of of our astral voyages when while asleep.

How is astral projection possible? Our consciousness permeates multiple layers or dimensions of the universe. Our focus is primarily on the here and now of the physical universe, but we exist in much more than we realize. When you remember your dreams, you are getting a “Sneak Peak” at this other part of ourselves.

Astral projection is an adjustment of the frequency of your consciousness to other dimensions or levels of energy that make up the universe in which we exist.

You could look at the physical universe as a skin and the ethereal astral realm is what is below the skin’s surface. Our physical universe is just the tip of the iceberg and the underlying dimensions of energy make up the rest of the universe. When you tune yourself to these other layers, you experience astral travel.

Fear is never a good thing to take with you when traveling the astral worlds. This is why it is good practice eto confront your own fears and internal conflicts before taking on any form of psychic development. Although overcoming your fears and coping with their internal conflicts directly in the plane astral can be a rewarding experience, it can also be very traumatic. If you do become embroiled in a fearful astral experience, remember that you are in control and you can call for help. And you can always safely return to your body.
