Astral Projection Techniques – Top 3 Ways That Lead to the Separation Process

There are many techniques that will lead you to having your first conscious O.B.E. or Out of Body Experience. I am going to provide you with the 3 Astral Projection techniques that have helped me the most at achieving success with astral projecting.

Relaxation Techniques

The first requirement for a successful O.B.E is to relax the whole body. Begin by tensing then relaxing every part of your body. Start with your toes and work your way up to the top of your head.

In addition, while laying down you can say affirmations such as “My body is falling a sleep” or “My feet are completely relaxed and asleep.” I would use a combination of the affirmations and physical relaxation techniques for the best results. As soon as your whole body has a total sense of warmth to it, it is then time to work on calming the mind.

Stilling the Mind

Mediation is one of the most important astral projection techniques for beginners. Meditation will not only help you have an out of body experience, but it will also help to decrease stress and increase confidence. I mediate by practicing mindfulness meditation.

Mindfulness is a common zen practice which involves following your breath and feeling the presence of your body. Breathing from your diaphragm and feeling the life in your hands will help to center your body and your mind.

Separation Techniques and Intent

Once the mind is calm and still, it is then time to use your intent to go somewhere. The most popular separation techniques include the roll out method and the rope technique. These techniques were made popular by Robert Monroe and Robert Bruce. Eventually with enough experience you can drop the separation techniques and phase right into the astral plane.

What happens to suicide cases after death?

The innumerable recorded cases of past life experiences are proof of concept life after death. In all recorded cases of rebirth, it was found that there was a variable time lag between the death of the person and his next birth on Earth. So where does the person go after his death until his rebirth on Earth? Is it a place or there are a variety of places? If so, What are the factors deciding whether a particular person will go after death? In this article the answer to the question of what happens to the suicide cases after death. The response is obtained through spiritual research done by seekers of Spiritual Science Research Foundation (SSRF) with highly developed sixth sense (ESP).

The places that a person can go after death

When a person dies the physical body ceases to exist. However, the rest of his existence or consciousness continues. The person least the physical body is called the subtle body and is part of the mental, causal (intellect) and supracausal bodies (subtle ego).

The various planes of existence

There are 14 main planes of existence in the universe. Seven seven of them are positive and negative planes are planes. The seven negative regions are commonly known as hell. There are many sub-planes within these main planes of existence.

The subtle body after death goes to one of the 13 planes of existence other than the Earth plane.

What about cases suicide after death?

There are two types of death with respect to their timing.

• Fate of Death: This is the time of no one can escape death.

• Possible death: This is where a person can possibly die. Each person may submit to a possible death in which one approaches death but is saved by their merits. In cases where a person is going through insurmountable crisis in his life or has severe personality disorders, he may think, in depression, suicide. Ghosts (demons, devils, spirits, etc) also fuel the depression of a suicidal person and sometimes contribute to push a person over the edge into committing suicide. However, suicide remains a voluntary act that occurs when a person is going through a phase of possible death according to destination.

The gift of life in the plane of the Earth is precious and we are given mainly for spiritual growth. By committing suicide, we squander away this opportunity and be eligible for punishment. The consequences are that people who commit suicide go to Naraka part of the seventh region of Hell for a period of 60,000 Earth years. It is a place without light, something like solitary confinement in a prison. The extent of the grief and pain to be endured in the various regions Hell and its partner regions Naraka is increasing with the posterior region of Hell. In addition, the penalty period to be endured in each Naraka is in excess compared with the corresponding region of Hell. If we consider the punishment in the first region of Hell as 100%, then the punishment in the corresponding region Naraka first is 50% more, ie 150%. As no one in that region Naraka to advise on spiritual practice, the subtle body in this region remains in the darkness of spiritual ignorance.

Conclusion

• Committing suicide is a grave sin and punishment is very serious so it is recommended to realize the value of human birth and carry out spiritual practice.

• After going to the lower regions as the region of Countries Low or hell, we stay there and experience severe unhappiness for centuries until we completely pay for our sins by suffering inflicted severe punishment there and have the opportunity to be reborn on Earth.

• For spiritual practice consisting of the Earth plane according to the five basic laws of practice spiritual is like swimming against the tide in the current era. However, it is also a guaranteed way to advance to the higher realms of existence after death physics.

Abhishek has removed all the technical jargon and terms that tend to intimidate people, and has succeeded in keeping the course very simple. There are no arcane complexities here, it is written and recorded for the layman.

Finally, we now have something that a total beginner can understand.

He deals with the fear factor.

This course outlines all the basic fears that one might have about Astral Projection. Knowing that this man had already gone through every single phase that might concern you, draws you deeper into the contents of the audio series.

I had absolutely no problems understanding the various concepts involved, and the entire phenomenon had been made easy to understand and learn.

Out-of-body experiences or the astral projection of the “spirit,” is a phenomenon that can occur virtually any time to any individual on earth. However, it is most often during a major trauma that an out-of-body experience is commonly known to occur.

There are people that consciously have out of the body experiences through the exercise of “will power.” When that type of activity is pursued, it is commonly called astral projection. A great many persons have claimed to have had an “accidental”experience of theout of body phenomenon and even more people have made the claim they are able to perform astral projection when they want to. While the basic techniques for these abilities can be considered identical, although they can differ slightly depending on the exact person. However, some question the true validity of these claims to such abilities.

Since the most ancient times, people have experienced this phenomenon known as the out-of-body experience. Many people have experienced these sensation while they sleep, but managed to ignore the event or misinterpret it. Their belief is that what they saw and experienced was nothing more than a common dream. But for those who have entered the world of astral travel have learned that our dreams are more that is normally thought.

There are many accounts of out-of-body experiences that occur during near-death situations. Or while undergoing a major trauma such as a surgery. In such cases of out-of-body experiences, the person having them are able to see and hear everything that is going on in the room. These people can give detailed descriptions of what occurred while they were in this state. Often they describe events that they could not otherwise know unless they had left their bodies and entered a different state of awareness.

Out-of-body experiences are also known to occur as the result of taking psychedelic drugs or those drugs known to deliver a dissociative effect. I personally would distrust the validity or the value of such experiences.

For those who wish to astral project and have real out of body experiences, starting with a unimpaired conscious mind is essential. And there are a great many techniques you can learn to induce an out-of-body experience. A common example of a technique that has been in long practiced would be the use of visualization while in a highly relaxed and meditative state. Many studies have shown that there can be similar experiences to out-of-body experience maybe induced via the direct stimulation of the brain.

While the out of body or OBE phenomenon is the most current description of accidental astral projection, other societies and philosophies have their own ways to describe OBE’s. In the Rosicrucian philosophy, there is the belief that an astral body is created by a light that links the “rational soul” and the physical body together. Such philosophy also professes the notion that the astral plane is a world created from light and exists between Heaven and Earth. This metaphysical light is comprised of the spheres of stars and planets that are commonly believed to be the home of angels, demons, and spirits.

According to ancient Egyptian beliefs, the soul has the ability to hover, or float, outside the body in, what is called the “Ka”, or subtle body, also known as the astral body. In most beliefs in astral projection, the astral body is connected with a silver cord of psychic energy to the physical body.

Chinese Taoists have devised a unique alchemical practice centered on creating a body of energy by way of breathing meditations, pulling energy into something known as a “pearl” and then circulating the pearl through the body to craft the an additional body of energy. (I personally believe we are born with this energy body and such a technique maybe just a way to become conscious of it.)

When an out-of-body experience takes place, many people say the literally willed themselves to leave their bodies. Others have noted that they are literally pulled out of their body by some outside force. And then there are those OBE’s that occured when people wished to get out of bed and when the time came to reach for the door, the individuals realized they were unable to touch it. Upon feeling this sensation, they looked back in the direction of their sleeping area and realized they were still in a lying down still asleep. And moments later they were back in their bodies. Neurologists have tried to explain these events by saying that they are triggered by a mismatch of the visual and tactile signals.

Most out-of-body experiences occur during the time between REM sleep and the time before waking. During most occasions of out-of-body experiences, the subject goes into a state called sleep paralysis. During the time between sleep and awake, sleep paralysis can continue and dream imagery becomes mingled with input from the senses.

Many scientific studies have been undertaken in the field of astral projection and out-of-body experiences to show that this is a very real phenomena.There are such research facilities as the Monroe Institute in Virginia and the prestigious Projectarium at the International Academy of Consciousness in Portugal as well as the Laboratory of Cognitive Neuroscience in Switzerland that have explored the subject with a number of interesting results.

About six years ago, I was a little depressed and spent my days lamenting in my home. I slept a lot during the day and I was awake at night. One day, I slept until noon, but could not get up. I recall, upon reflection, that I urged myself to get up, but was “too weak.” Again and again, “this person – me” told myself to wake up. I wonder, if I was having an out of body experience. To me at that moment, my body seemed dead and I was standing beside myself.

Occasionally, I think of this experience, but I am not certain what it was. By the way, I was not on any medications and I'm much better today. At that period in my life, I had no goals. I had graduated from HS and was going through the first semester of college.

I am interested in astral projection, but a little afraid to pull my spirit to my body…

Given your description, it is a quite possible that you had an outside the body experience while sleeping. What you describe sounds similar to what occurs when astral projecting, when the the energy body or spirit leaves the body and can travel to other places.
