I know there are audio programs out there that help you enter trance, I have a few, but they are all trusted and the like. What I know is, are there any that take you into a trance and then will guide you into the astral projection? That applies not only to tell how, but I really step by step, and help you to enter a trance state, he knows the whole thing? If so (I'm pretty sure there) is there freedom? Or does anyone know such a thing whereI can get for free? trust me, I've searched for hours.

Anyone who had this dream? astral projection or reality?
Since childhood I'm having this dream? or something …. When I'm sleeping, my soul (a transparent white light) out of my body and floating / flying to another world (astral?). On that trip I'm feeling a lot of things, I do not know how to explain. That place is like a dynamic spectrum with millions of bright stars. Theres 20 or more white light transparent bodies like me and we are all flying to a very large bright star burning bright white light, look at any song that light, its so strong and once we get there it became part of that star …. I have a dream very often. My friend told me that astral projection, and somehow if your soul is trapped there can not come back and die!
