Mastering Astral Projection

Basic information

According to some studies, approximately 10% of the population has had an OBE. Most of these are spontaneous and unplanned – occurs in any situation crisis (such as near death) or when a loved one has passed away (sometimes called "shared near death experience" context) or any another otherworldly mystical and mysterious. Most of these projections occur once or twice in the lives of these people, and remain the most profound moments of their lives.

Induced Astral Projection

For our purposes, we are talking about a planned projection. Here is where we really intend to leave your body through the practice perseverance. Conscious astral projection occurs when an individual's consciousness is fully aware, and yet is separate from the physical body . This phenomenon is also known by such names as astral travel, out of body experience (OBE /OOBE) and is associated with Lucid Dreaming.

What is astral projection?

  I'll try to keep this simple, because it can not be truly understood until you have experienced it yourself. Still, it is the ability to separate the conscious mind from your physical body. Your conscious mind is projected into the Astral dimension, which some have described as the plane of universal consciousness.
