Mastering Astral Projection

Basic information

According to some studies, approximately 10% of the population has had an OBE. Most of these are spontaneous and unplanned – occurs in any situation crisis (such as near death) or when a loved one has passed away (sometimes called "shared near death experience" context) or any another otherworldly mystical and mysterious. Most of these projections occur once or twice in the lives of these people, and remain the most profound moments of their lives.

Induced Astral Projection

For our purposes, we are talking about a planned projection. Here is where we really intend to leave your body through the practice perseverance. Meditation is one of the central pathways that many of us have a projection induced. Conscious astral projection occurs when an individual's consciousness is fully aware, and yet is separate from the physical body . This phenomenon is also known by such names as astral travel, out of body experience (OBE /OOBE) and is associated with Lucid Dreaming.

Astral projection may sound like something supernatural or paranormal, but it actually happens on a nightly basis to everyone. However, most of the time, we retain little or no conscious recollection of of our astral voyages when while asleep.

Some people who have Out of Body Experience are not exactly ready for them. The occur at random and you feel you are not in control when they occur. And yet once you begin to have such exciting events in your life – they are both intriguing and hard to ignore.

What is astral projection?

  In one way, it is very simple. In another way, it can not be truly understood until you have experienced it yourself. Still, astral projection is the ability to separate the conscious mind from your physical body. Your conscious mind or your energy body is projected into the Astral dimension, which some have described as the plane of universal awareness.

To better illustrate, let me tell you why you should learn Astral Projection. Here are several reasons why astral projecting is so valuable:

• It will help you understand that you are more than your physical body! Your conscience is a distinct part of you, which extends far beyond the body. One discovers a new inner peace, after learning that their consciousness can exist without its physical body.
