Before I give my personal answer, let me answer another question: Is astral projection real?

My experiences say, “Yes, astral travel is real.” I leave my body and go places that include this physical world and areas beyond this physical world. The problem for people who have not had out of body experiences is that when one is in the astral body – one can rarely make an impact on the physical world. The events that take place are personal ones and are very hard to be verified by an outside observer.

I once left my body and visited my wife who was over 1,000 miles away. She was sleeping during my visit and remembered it only as a dream. A dream whose details we verified the next day on the phone. Was that real? Everything I know, tells me it was.

My longtime conclusion is that my astral adventures are real, they occur in this Universe, although in dimensions that are beyond the normal physical world. Otherwise, I am having hallucinations that I cannot distinguish from reality – which would mean, they are still real events to me.

With astral projection being real – I can state that 1) We have an awareness separate from the physical body and 2) There are realms beyond the physical world.

To me this is evidence that there is Life after Death. That our inner awareness moves on after death to somewhere else. It may not be where astral travelers go, but it provides me with a foundation to live a more relaxed life in this world, even when I am seemingly overwhelmed by the problems of the day.

Accidentally I found something I had never seen in any book on lucid dreaming. The deployment of the signal itself was everything you need to go into paralysis. I spent the next several months of experience with different variations of what he had done. I started looking for other ways to command the body in sleep and this is what I found.

The Two types of sleep command

It turns out that sleep commands come in two types: starters of sleep and sleep triggers.

1.) Sleep Starters

Starters dream are what you use to get the body to start thinking that maybe it's time to sleep. For example, stop drop and roll is to use a starter sleep because your body does ask permission to sleep by artificially creating roll signal.

2.) Sleep triggers

The dream is triggered then how to say "Yes: go to sleep now." SDR has a trigger implicit dream: just ignore the signal when the cursor passes over the body interprets a trigger to go into sleep paralysis.

3 ways to learn breathing during sleep dream start

Breathing during Sleep is just imitating breathing pattern of your body when you are asleep. If you act carefully enough, as we are asleep, then your body thinks is actually asleep, even if your mind is fully awake, and even a little relaxed.

There are 3 basic ways to find out what your breath during sleep is as personal.

1.) Sleep paralysis Perspective

First, upon entering the paralysis often daydream of the perspective changes a bit far from the center of the head and in your breasts. It seems that you are breathing in a cave and you'll find your body automatically breathing is much harder than you do when you're awake. The breath is much deeper and longer. Pay attention to how it sounds in order to learn from their breathing pattern during sleep.

2.) Waking respiration View

The second way to learn their pattern breathing during sleep is the practice to remain perfectly still when you wake up in the morning. You can keep breathing the same way he did when he sleeps if you wake up gradually.

3.) Registration breathing during sleep

The third way, which is the best, is a recording of your dream. For $ 30 you can get a digital voice recorder that can record all night. Then you can use free software like Audacity to find the parts of recording their breathing during sleep.

3 breathing during sleep "gotcha"

When used in breathing during sleep there are 3 aspects critical to be aware: This is the learning curve, respiration blackout, and the effect of breathing in drugs.

1.) Breathing during sleep Learning Curve

The learning curve means that it takes practice and you do not have the right rhythm to prolong time to sleep. It is best to practice the use of breathing during sleep for a couple of nights before using it during an early morning OBE induction. However, once you have the right rhythm, breathing during sleep is probably the most powerful of all the commands of sleep.

A little Back I went to bed in the afternoon and just started doing breathing during sleep. I do not use any other method at all and within 15 minutes it took to awaken sleep paralysis. It could turn around and completely ruins of paralysis and then bring it back again with only 3 or 4 breaths of sleep.

2.) Blackout breathing

The second gotcha is breathing blackout. Many times when using breathing during sleep for the first minutes seem to not work and you feel you must give up. However, if you can keep them in complete ease for several minutes the body will interpret that as a sign that the mind may have fallen asleep. In fact, if you keep your eyes your body still often fall asleep, even if the rest of your muscles are very tense.

Before sleep, relax the muscles of the eye rolling around large circles in both directions several times and then left to rest. After 3 or 4 nights of practicing this you can keep your eyes perfectly still and you'll fall asleep much faster.

First Dream of Fire: Break breaths

The trigger first is breathing pause. Upon reaching 90% paralysis, the reason the body will not complete paralysis have little doubt about how the mind is actually asleep. This is due to muscle tension. The best solution is to relax more deeply, but sometimes it is not possible.

What you can do is exhaling and pause for 2 or 3 seconds. Rest as much as possible and then start breathing again as normal. By relaxing the whole breathing to reduce tension just enough to send a signal to complete paralysis. During the 2 or 3 seconds will feel the depth of paralysis. Sometimes you may have to use 2 or 3 breaths pause of about 15 seconds apart. In doing so, you're not trying to alter the levels of oxygen in the blood or anything like that. The purpose is simply to lower the general muscle tension in sufficient time to complete standstill.

Sleep activation Second: Muscle spasms

The second dream is to trigger muscle contractions that was really the first dream I've found activation. I came to a partial paralysis of a whim decided try twitching on his right forearm to see what happened. To my surprise, my whole arm paralyzed. He twisted his right calf and right leg paralyzed. Gradually paralyzed my whole body that way and the separation.

In other words, muscle-paralyzing only surrounding muscles. In fact, I found that could paralyze a single finger only when contractions in partial paralysis.

How To Do Muscle spasms

This contraction once every one or two seconds when in a 95% paralysis. The contraction is very smooth and takes only the smallest fraction of second. If contraction of the forearm the rest of your arm should not move at all. If you ruin too contraction paralysis to keep it very light.

Probably the reason this works is when the dream try to move your muscles, but sleep paralysis prevents you from moving. However, you are moving muscles just a little dreaming that causes involuntary muscle contractions. Third shot's dream: above and below the eyes micromotion

The third dream trigger up and down movements of the eyes. With closed eyes just move your eyes up and down as fast as you can for 10 seconds. I've never been able to get it to work using the left and right movements. However, there is actually a kind of hypnotic psychotherapy called "eye movement desensitization and reprocessing" or EMDR uses eye movements from side to side. You can experiment with movement side by side to complete a partial paralysis, but it seems up and down is a sure bet.

To use the triggers

So activate it used? The most effective strategy is to start with a pause of a few breaths which is usually all it takes to reach 100% paralysis. If that fails use arm contractions. If that fails to use up and down movements of the eyes. If that fails just relax for a few minutes more before using the trigger again.

When to use sleep triggers

I've experimented with the use of sleep triggers to go directly from waking to sleep, but that not seem to work. I think up and down eye movements that work needs to be at about 99% paralysis, muscle twitching works about 95% paralysis and breathing break from work at around 90% paralysis. So it's best to start the dream and use of starters then switch to the triggers for the last step.
