Mastering Astral Projection

Conscious astral projection occurs when an individual's consciousness is fully aware, and yet is separate from the physical body . This phenomenon is also known by such names as astral travel, out of body experience (OBE /OOBE) and is associated with Lucid Dreaming.

Astral projection may sound like something supernatural or paranormal, but it actually happens on a nightly basis to everyone. However, most of the time, we retain little or no conscious recollection of of our astral voyages when while asleep.

How is astral projection possible? Our consciousness permeates multiple layers or dimensions of the universe.
